The Fog'Ale series uses the dielectric properties of living cells, that has the advantage of measuring only viable cell density. Unlike optical techniques, the system is not sensitive to gas bubbles, micro-carrier, cell debris and other particles in suspension.
With FOGALE expertise in capacitive measurements and the use of a unique patented method, the Fog'Ale series measures the viable biomass concentration (Biovolume) independently of cell size variations.
